Shipping cost

We study the cost of our delivery as accurately as possible so that it impacts as little as possible the amount of your purchases, while choosing the best transport providers.

mainland France :
- € 3.90 per order below € 50 purchases.
- Free from € 50 of purchases
- Option of transport with surcharge per order (see details in "delivery method" or directly in your shopping cart)

French overseas departments & territories :
9,90 € up to 1 Kg • 25 € from 1 to 5 Kg • 39 € from 5 to 10 Kg • 69 € from 10 to 20 Kg • 129 € from 20 to 30 Kg • 269 € from 30 to 60 Kg.

Europe (EU) and Switzerland:
5,90 € per order (without limitation of weight or price)

International outside the European Union :
9,90 € up to 1 Kg • 25 € from 1 to 3 Kg • 40 € from 3 to 5 Kg • 95 € from 5 to 10 Kg • 149 € from 10 to 20 Kg • 199 € from 20 to 30 Kg • 499 € from 30 to 50 Kg.

Delivery methods

mainland France:
- Default transport:
-- For small shipments of less than 1 kg: French Post tracking mail delivered in your mailbox.
-- For items larger than or more then 1 Kg: premium European carrier GLS  with tracking. Delivered against signature.
- Connection Point option with express carrier French Chronopost:
Delivery in the connection point of your choice (to be chosen during the validation of your order) (supplement 6,90 €)
- express French carrier Chronopost Home delivery:
Home delivery against signature by Chronopost with the service 'Chrono 13' (supplement 9,90 €)
- Large or heavy packages (only for european delivery):
We offer you automatically the European carrier Geodis-Calberson who will deliver you by appointment.

French overseas departments & terrotiries and Switzerland: French Postal service for international transport & Premium parcel local postal service with tracking. Delivered against signature.

Europe (EU): Premium European carrier GLS with tracking. Delivered against signature.

Shipping your order

Shipping times for each item are shown on their page, next to the price. We also indicate these times in the basket.

If you order several items with different shipping times. Here's what to know:
• We group in one shipment items with shipping times that are not different by more than a few days.
• If some items are ready to ship while others have longer shipping times, we are sending out separately without extra charge whatever is ready to go (pretty cool, no?).
• Do you want us to ship right away some items in your order that are ready to go? Well it's a gift, just ask us and we make you a partial shipment for free.

We pay special attention to the packaging of each package so that your order can travel safely. For example cymbals benefit from a particular setting; the drumheads are protected; the rigging of the drumshell is checked and reinforced ...

In short, a whole lot of little attention that only a specialist can do.

Routing of your order

It is always with emotion that we watch our packages go to their new home, that is to say yours home!

With each shipment we send you an internet link so that you can follow the routing of your order. We also take care daily of the transport information reported by our service providers.

Most of the time it is the carriers who will contact you by phone, email or SMS (each has his preferences) in case of delay or address problem.

But if you happen to stay too long without news of your delivery, the first reflex is to contact us! We will then track your order to provide you with ultra-precise information on its delivery.

Likewise, if the receipt of a package turns out to be complicated (inconvenient schedule, lost delivery ...): contact us without delay. We will take care of doing the intermediary with the carrier to remove these small problems.

Delivery of your order

The long awaited moment has arrived! The carrier will give you your precious order.

If it's a direct delivery to the mailbox for small items : nothing special except to quickly check that everything is there once the package received.

For packages delivered by hand by a deliveryman, what must be remembered is that it is the external condition of the package that counts!
So when the driver gives you your parcels, look quickly on the 6 faces.
- if everything is OK, you can sign without problem.
- if a box is a little damaged, ask the driver to put a reserve before signing
- If the box is badly damaged, carry reserves and open the box before signing.
- if an item is damaged: close and put new tape, then refuse the package; we will take care of the rest.
In the last cases, send us a message shortly after the courier passes to warn us.

You are now cool with your package that you unpack to enjoy your shopping. If you discover a problem or a defect, it is necessary to send us a message within 48 hours following the reception via the zone of contact by joining a photo; but rest assured it is really very rare.

Return articles

"Satisfied or refunded 30 days"

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items that do not suit you.

Why 30 days and no less? Because you are not always 100% available to verify that the material you ordered is totally suitable, and that we prefer that our customers stay cool.

Who pays the return? The cost of return is your responsibility. So you use the carrier of your choice. For most parcels, we suggest the your local postal service with tracking.

What are the conditions to be refunded? The item must be in its original new condition, in its original packaging (also in its original condition). There must be no traces of use. You must use an outer shipping box.

I want to return an article I have already used? Normally this is not possible because this withdrawal period extended to 30 days is provided to return an item that is not suit to you.
But we are not machines, so if the article carries only slight traces, contact us to determine the smallest discount to apply to your refund.
