Understand when and how you will receive your order
We work every day to make the shipping and delivery of your order the smoothest experience possible. You will find all the details on the shipping methods below in complete transparency. And if you have any questions, click on "contact us" at the top of the page.
We study the cost of our delivery as accurately as possible so that it impacts the amount of your purchases as little as possible, while choosing the best transport providers.
Metropolitan France :
- € 3.90 per order up to € 49 in purchases
- Free from 50 € of purchases
- Transport option with supplement per order (see details in "delivery method" or directly in your shopping cart)
DOM TOM :
For small items that can be sent by the mail circuit (max A5 size envelope), you benefit from the same conditions as the Metropolis.
For parcel shipments, we ship zero-rated. Delivery costs start at € 18. Find the automatically calculated amount in your basket.
Europe and International :

Home delivery against signature by Chronopost with the Chrono 13 service (supplement € 9.90)

Shipping your order
The shipping times for each item are indicated on their page, next to the price. We also indicate these deadlines in the basket.
Chances are, you are ordering multiple items with different shipping dates. Here's what you need to know:
• We group together in a single shipment items with shipping times that are no different than a few days.
• If some items are ready to ship while others have longer lead times, we are already shipping everything ready to go separately at no extra charge (pretty cool, right?).
• Want some items in your order that are ready to go right away? Well it's a gift, just ask us and we'll get you a partial shipment for free.
We take special care in the packaging of each package so that your order can travel safely. For example the cymbals benefit from a particular setting; the skins are protected; the wedging of the drums is checked and reinforced ...
In short, a whole bunch of little things that only a specialist can do.
Delivery of your order
It is always with emotion that we watch our packages leave for their new home, that is to say yours!
For each shipment we send you an internet link so that you can follow the delivery of your order. We also monitor daily transport information provided by our service providers.
Most of the time, it is the carriers who will contact you by phone, email or SMS (everyone has their preferences) in case of delay or address problem.
But if you happen to stay too long without news of your delivery, the first instinct is to contact us! We will then trace your order in order to provide you with ultra-precise information on its delivery.
Likewise if receiving a package turns out to be complicated (inconvenient schedule, lost deliveryman, etc.): contact us without further delay. We will take care of the intermediary with the carrier to remove these little hassles.
Receipt of your order
This is the long-awaited moment has arrived! The carrier will give you your precious order.
If it's direct mailbox delivery for small items: nothing special, other than quickly checking that everything is there once the package is received.
For packages delivered by hand by a delivery person, what must be remembered is that it is the external condition of the package that counts!
So when the delivery person gives you your packages, quickly look at them on all 6 sides.
- if everything is OK, you can sign without problem.
- if a box is a little damaged, ask the driver to put a reserve before signing
- if the box is not badly damaged, carry reserves and open the box before signing.
- if an item is damaged: close and resotch, then refuse the package; we'll take care of the rest.
In the last cases send us a message quickly after the delivery man has passed by to let us know.
You are now cool with your package that you unwrap to enjoy your shopping. If you discover a problem or a defect, you must quickly send us a message within 48 hours of receipt via the contact area, attaching a photo; but rest assured it is really very rare.
"Satisfied or refunded 30 days"
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items that are not suitable for you.
Why 30 days and not less? Because you are not always 100% available to check that the equipment you have ordered is totally suitable, and we prefer our customers to be cool.
Who pays for the return? The return costs are your responsibility. You therefore use the carrier of your choice. For most parcels, we recommend the Colissimo La Poste which you can buy online and print at home.
What are the conditions to be reimbursed? The item must be in its original new condition, in its original packaging (also in its original condition). There should be no traces of use. You must use an outer shipping carton.
I want to return an item that I have already used? Normally this is not possible because this withdrawal period extended to 30 days is provided for returning an item which is found to be unsuitable upon unpacking.
But we are not machines, so if the item shows only slight traces, contact us to determine the smallest discount to apply.
