Black Panther snare drums

The snare drum is the backbone of your drum sound, defining the player and the expression of the groove. Shell making has been Mapex's specialty for more than 30 years, and the range is now broader than ever.

The Black Panther snare drum series offers 14 different wood and metal sounds, in deep, standard and small-diameter models, for bright, dark or vintage tones. A painstaking approach to sound research has been used to refine and enrich the shell design.
