Set of two Binaural Therapy Alpha tuning forks (128 Hz and 139 Hz), larger and heavier than standard tuning forks: they resonate longer and need to be struck less often.

To create the binaural effect, activate the binaural therapy tuning fork and the other one, then hold them at the right and left ear respectively. The brain recognizes the difference between the two frequencies and perceives a third frequency, which guides you toward the desired brainwave state.

Alpha waves: these waves are associated with a relaxed, calm state of mind. They promote relaxation while staying awake, reduce stress and improve learning. Be careful of overstimulation in people with epilepsy or heart conditions.

  • Frequencies: 128 Hz and 139 Hz
  • Lengths: 24.9 cm and 23.9 cm
  • Material: steel
  • Included: tuning fork holder
