Description : Cymbale supérieure medium, cymbale inférieure semi-épaisse avec des vagues martelées sur le bord externe, pour un échappement immédiat de l'air. Sonorité moyennement brillante, entière et chaleureuse. Tessiture large aux harmoniques riches. La réponse est rapide et le toucher sensible. En position ouverte le son est entier, brillant et très énergique. le "chick" lors de la fermeture est tranchant et riche, graçe à la cymbale inférieure martelée spécialement.

La série 2002 est apparue en 1971, et a été réactualisée en 2005, pour répondre spécifiquement au besoin des musiques actuelles et amplifiées. Les cymbales 2002 sont fabriqués avec l'alliage CuSn8, aussi connu sous le nom de "Bronze 2002". Elles ont un caractère moderne et polyvalent qui correspond à tous les batteurs qui veulent des cymbales pleines d'énergie et qui poussent leur son en avant. Elles offrent une sonorité lumineuse, chaleureuse, brillante et très musicale, avec une énorme projection. Le ciselage et le martelage sont réalisés manuellement, offrant une surface nette ou l'on distingue les traces de ces deux opérations.
