Leur sonorité profonde, légère et chatoyante développée en Turquie au 19ème siècle par Kerope Zildjian, continue à inspirer les batteurs d'aujourd'hui. La technnique de martelage et l'alliage utilisés permettent d'obtenir des cymbales aux sonorités très large avec une grande tessiture qui donne aux cymbales K' une large plage de jeu, du plus doux au plus intense : cela dépend de votre manière de les jouer !
